We offer exchanges for the following:
1. Incorrect item sent.
2. Damaged product upon delivery.
3. Faulty packaging or lash defect (unused only).

To be eligible:
1. Item must be unused, in original packaging.
2. Must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.
3. Exchange request must be supported with photo proof.
